Because of the nature of our products, The South Bend Chocolate Company cannot offer refunds or replacements of the items purchased online in most cases. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can submit a claim to UPS or FedEx.
For temperatures above 70 degrees, we advise that a cold pack be used to ensure the safety of your merchandise. By selecting a shipping option without a cold pack, you accept full responsibility for products damaged during shipping. If a product is damaged during shipping without the recommended cold pack, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. The oversize package charge for this cold pack will add $50.00 to large orders.
